Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and intensive environment
- Communicate with client to understand needs and manage expectations
- Facilitate and coordinate project development.
- Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks, monitoring project deliverables and managing scope of work, sprints planifications, schedule and budget.
- Update relevant stakeholders, clients or team members, on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members and Products Owners
You will also:

- Work with business users and translate requirements into technical descriptions and User Stories
- Search new ways to increase customer satisfaction through excellence in execution
- Contribute to development of products and solutions working on specifications, Ux/Ui requirements, QA, leads and clients
- Contribute to marketing efforts, promotion of low-code platforms, pre-sales activities and RFPs
- Maintain the existing SharePoint KM portal
Requirements
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management with +3 years of validated experience as an Agile project manager or Product Owner
- Experience in Business Insight of technology areas in the digital domain working with a leading Consulting company, or a global position in an international organization – Significant Advantage
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, assertive and proactive.
- Excellent personal skills, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management hierarchy with strong verbal and written presentation and listening skills in Hebrew and in English. French is an advantage.
- Ability to develop a working understanding of the technical and functional aspects including Software Architecture and Ux/Ui
- Experience in software devlopement and low-code – Advantage
- Experience in JIRA, Agile Methodology and other ITSM tools – Advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the Financial services (Banking / Insurance) industry is a plus.
- A relevant academic background (computer science / industry and management)

Key Responsibilities
As part of your role you will collaborate with product owner, developers, UX & UI experts and product managers to deliver high quality technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and meet corporate architectural standards.
Your day to day tasks will be :

- Work closely with the PO : gather his needs (check his user stories) , understand his focus and justification for various features.
- Evaluation of the stories, planification of the sprints.
- Run all scrum ceremonies .
- Remove impediments, escalate issues.
- Ensure efficient delivery of products.
- Ensure smooth implementation of Scrum and Agile principles within the scrum team.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Israeli market.
- First degree in computer science or similar.
- Team player.
- Demonstrated work experience implementing projects using the Agile methodology and agile framework.
- Strong facilitation skills within teams and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluent Hebrew.
- Fluent English.
